No seats available - what does it mean?

Find out below what if means when this error message occur: "There are no Seats available. Please contact your Domain administrator."

This  means that all your company's seats licenses are currently occupied and that there is no free license for you to use, or there are no Seats added to your Pool in the web portal. You need to either wait for one of your colleagues to log out or ask your Domain administrator to free up a seat for you.

This can be done by Domain admins from the admin portal: portal.xmreality.com.
