XMReality is a European company, based in Sweden - built with security in mind. Companies that use the software Remote guidance have complete ownership and control over all data and content published with the software. We are compliant to the GDPR regulation that came into effect on May 1st, 2018 for all European Companies.
How does it work:
XMReality does not store any call information, not either able to the access information. All captures (snapshots and recordings) are saved on the user's local device (desktop or phone) used for making the recording. This means, no information is stored within XMReality.
The calls are encrypted to ensure no parties can access the calls, nor the information in the calls.
The only privacy data stored in XMReality is user's email address and name.
