The best way to get fast response is to Report the issue in your application but you can also email or call to get in contact with our support.
Report issue in desktop application
The easiest way to contact our technical support if experiencing an issue, is to Report an issue in app. When issues are reported in the applications and call log will automatically be shared with our support team to make it easier to troubleshoot the problem.
To report an issue in app, enter the 3 dots (...) next to your Profile, choose Report issue. Then describe issue and your issue will automatically be sent to XMReality's support team.
Report issue in mobile application
When using Report Issue in the application a support ticket will be created that automatically includes the call log that our support engineers will need when trouble shooting.
To report an issue in the application, just press More (...) and then Report Issue
