How to export a PDF report from your call for documentation

PDF reports can be automatically generated from a call to create documentation of a remote task performed.

What is the PDF call documentation feature?

Documenting a remote task performed, such as an inspection or troubleshooting, is essential for knowledge transfer and quality purposes. For documentation purposes, XMReality calls can be recorded as videos, image snapshots can be taken and PDF reports can be automatically generated with all images captured, notes taken and step-by-step instructions performed during a call.

Automatic generation of PDF reports ensure that all call documentation is created with consistency, no matter who performs as task or where it is performed. This gives you the ability to improve quality when performing important tasks remotely and is an enabler for knowledge transfer within the organization.
